Singh entered television through The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – Season 4 on Star One in 2008, where she finished as a finalist and became the first prominent female contestant to reach the final stages of the competition. The exposure led to regular work on the Indian stand-up circuit.
From 2009 onwards she became a regular on Sony Entertainment Television's Comedy Circus franchise, appearing across multiple seasons including Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur, Comedy Circus Ke Mahabali and Kahani Comedy Circus Ki. She frequently won seasons in pairing rounds and developed the "Lalli" character — a loud, rustic young woman — which became her best-known stage persona.
Singh has hosted and appeared on a range of reality and non-fiction shows on Colors TV, Sony TV and Star Plus, including:
Singh has appeared in supporting roles in Hindi films, including Khap (2011) and Sangharsh – Life Is a Fight, and in cameo and item appearances. With her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa, she runs the YouTube channel LOL – Life of Limbachiyaas, which features family vlogs and has built a substantial subscriber base.

Her work on Comedy Circus and The Kapil Sharma Show contributed to broadening the visibility of female stand-up comics on prime-time Indian television. She is also a prominent figure in the celebrity-vlogger space in India, where she and her husband have transitioned successfully from broadcast television to digital content.
