Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, also known as Bhagat Phool Singh Women's University, is a women-only state university located at Khanpur Kalan, near Gohana in the Sonipat district of Haryana. It is recognised as the first women-only state university in North India.

The university was established by the Government of Haryana in August 2006. It is named after Bhagat Phool Singh, and continues a tradition of women's education associated with the Khanpur Kalan campus.

Situated in a rural setting in the Sonipat district, the institution was set up with the objective of expanding access to higher education for women in the region.
