Mohammad Azam Khan (born 14 August 1948) is an Indian politician and lawyer who has served as a Member of Parliament from Rampur. One of the founding members of the Samajwadi Party, he has had a long career in the politics of Uttar Pradesh, where he was the senior most Cabinet Minister in the state government and a member of the Seventeenth Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh.

Azam Khan trained as a lawyer before entering public life. His political base has remained the Rampur region of western Uttar Pradesh, where he has built a long electoral record across several decades.
Azam Khan is among the founding members of the Samajwadi Party, the regional party that has been a major force in Uttar Pradesh politics. He has been elected to the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly ten times from the Rampur assembly constituency, and was a member of the Seventeenth Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh.
During his tenure in the state government, he served as the senior most Cabinet Minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He has also served as a Member of Parliament from Rampur.
Azam Khan was disqualified from his elected seat after he received a two-year prison sentence from the court.
With ten election victories from a single assembly constituency and a foundational role in the Samajwadi Party, Azam Khan is regarded as one of the long-serving political figures of Uttar Pradesh, with particular influence in Rampur and surrounding areas.
