Atanu Das is an Indian recurve archer who has represented India at the Olympic Games and at multiple World Cup, World Championship and Asian Games events. He emerged through the National Centre of Excellence at the Tata Archery Academy in Jamshedpur and became one of India's leading recurve archers in the mid-2010s.

Atanu Das is from West Bengal and took up archery at a young age. He trained at the Tata Archery Academy in Jamshedpur, a private feeder programme that has produced several archers for the Indian national squad. He was subsequently selected into the senior Indian recurve team competing on the international circuit organised by World Archery.
Das represented India in the men's individual recurve event at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. He qualified again for the 2020 Summer Olympics, held in Tokyo in 2021, where he competed in both the men's individual and team events.
Das has competed across multiple stages of the Archery World Cup, taking part in individual, team and mixed team events for India. He has also been part of Indian squads at the World Archery Championships and the Asian Games.
Atanu Das is married to fellow Indian archer Deepika Kumari, who has been a long-standing world number one in the recurve discipline. The couple, both members of the Indian recurve team, have frequently competed together in the mixed team event at international tournaments.
As a two-time Olympian and a regular member of the Indian recurve team, Das has been part of the generation of archers who consolidated India's presence in international recurve archery alongside athletes such as Deepika Kumari, Tarundeep Rai and Pravin Jadhav.
