Ashwini Kalsekar is an Indian actress known primarily for her work in Hindi television and films. She came to prominence with her portrayal of antagonist characters in popular Hindi serials and has since appeared in supporting roles across Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu cinema.

Kalsekar began her career on the Indian stage and in television, gradually moving into films. She is married to actor Sai Ballal, who is also known for his work in Hindi television.
Kalsekar is widely recognised for her role as Damayanti Singh ("Dammo") in the Star Plus drama Kasamh Se, where she played the principal antagonist. She has also appeared as a participant in the reality programme Bigg Boss on Colors. Other television appearances include long-running Hindi serials in which she has typically played strong, scheming or comic supporting characters.
