Asad Shafiq (Urdu: اسد شفیق; born 28 January 1986) is a Pakistani cricket coach and former international cricketer. He represented the Pakistan national cricket team between 2010 and 2020 and is a member of the Men's National Selection Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Shafiq emerged through Pakistan's domestic cricket structure and went on to play for the senior national side over a decade-long international career.
Shafiq played for the Pakistan national cricket team between 2010 and 2020. In August 2018, he was among 33 players awarded a central contract for the 2018–19 season by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
In September 2019, he was named in Sindh's squad for the 2019–20 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy tournament, Pakistan's premier first-class domestic competition.
Following his playing career, Shafiq took up coaching and was appointed to the Men's National Selection Committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Shafiq's career spanned a transitional decade for Pakistan cricket. His subsequent appointment to the national selection committee reflects a continuing role in shaping Pakistan's cricketing structure beyond his playing days.
