Reddy came through the domestic women's cricket structure in India, representing Hyderabad in tournaments organised under the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Her performances in domestic limited-overs competitions led to her selection in the senior India squad.
Reddy has featured for Hyderabad in the Senior Women's One Day Trophy and the Senior Women's T20 Trophy, the principal domestic competitions for women cricketers in India. She has also taken part in zonal and challenger fixtures organised by the BCCI.
Reddy made her debut for India in Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) cricket and has also appeared in Women's One Day International (WODI) cricket. She has been used primarily as a seam-bowling option in the powerplay and at the death, and as a contributing batter in the lower middle order.
Reddy has been part of squads in franchise women's tournaments in India, including the Women's T20 Challenge and the Women's Premier League (WPL), the country's top-tier franchise league for women launched by the BCCI in 2023.
As a right-arm medium-fast bowler, Reddy relies on swing with the new ball and variations in pace and length in the shorter formats. Her ability to bowl in different phases of an innings, along with her batting in the lower order, gives her the profile of a seam-bowling all-rounder.
Reddy is among the cricketers from Hyderabad who have made the transition from state-level women's cricket to the India set-up, contributing to the wider development of women's cricket in Telangana and southern India.
