Arokia Rajiv is an Indian track and field athlete who specialises in the 400 metres sprint. He has represented India at major international competitions including the Asian Games, the Asian Athletics Championships, the World Championships and the Olympic Games, primarily as a member of the Indian men's and mixed 4×400 metres relay teams.

Arokia Rajiv hails from Tamil Nadu and emerged through the Indian domestic athletics circuit before being inducted into the national camp as a quarter-miler. He developed under the national relay programme, which through the 2010s built a strong pool of 400 m runners capable of competing at the continental level.
Rajiv was part of the Indian men's 4×400 metres relay squad that won the gold medal at the 2014 Asian Games held in Incheon, South Korea. He returned to the Asian Games in 2018 in Jakarta, where he again contributed to India's medal-winning effort in the men's 4×400 m relay and competed in the individual 400 m.
