Soti began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. She was introduced to mainstream Hindi cinema by filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who cast her in a leading role early in her career.
Anaika Soti made her acting debut with the Hindi film Satya 2 (2013), directed by Ram Gopal Varma. The film was conceived as a thematic continuation of Varma's earlier film Satya (1998), and Soti played the female lead opposite Puneet Singh Ratn.
She subsequently moved to South Indian cinema, taking on roles in Telugu and Tamil productions. Her Tamil debut came with Chandi Veeran (2015), in which she appeared opposite Atharvaa. She has continued to take on roles across multiple South Indian language industries.
Soti is among the actresses who transitioned from a Bollywood debut under a prominent filmmaker into pan-South Indian cinema, a career path increasingly common in the 2010s as the regional film industries expanded their reach and casting drew more frequently from Mumbai-based newcomers.
