Amoj Jacob is an Indian sprinter who specialises in the 400 metres. Jacob hails from Kerala and pursued his higher education in Delhi, where he was associated with Hansraj College of the University of Delhi. He emerged through the university and national circuits before progressing to the senior Indian team in track athletics.
Jacob has been a regular member of the Indian men's 4×400 metres relay quartet over multiple seasons, partnering athletes such as Muhammed Anas, Arokia Rajiv, Naganathan Pandi, Rajesh Ramesh and Muhammed Ajmal at various competitions. The Indian relay team has been among the leading 4×400 m units in Asia during this period.
He has competed at the Asian Athletics Championships and at the Asian Games as part of the Indian relay setup, and has featured at World Athletics Championships and World Athletics Relays editions where India has fielded its men's 4×400 m team.
