Aminabad metro station is a proposed station on the Lucknow Metro rapid transit network, planned to serve the Aminabad locality in central Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, India. The station forms part of the future expansion of the Lucknow Metro beyond its operational North–South corridor.

The station is intended to provide metro connectivity to Aminabad, one of the oldest and busiest commercial markets in Lucknow. The area is characterised by dense pedestrian footfall, narrow lanes, and a concentration of wholesale and retail establishments, which has made it a long-standing candidate for inclusion in mass transit planning for the city.
The Lucknow Metro is operated by the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC), formerly the Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC). The network's first phase, the North–South corridor, runs between Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport and Munshipulia, and was inaugurated for commercial service in stages between 2017 and 2019.
Aminabad was identified as a station on the planned East–West corridor, which is intended to link Charbagh with Vasant Kunj and pass through the older, congested core of the city. The corridor is designed to complement the operational North–South line by providing east–west connectivity through commercial and heritage districts.
If completed, the station would be among the few metro stops in India serving a historically dense bazaar area. Improved transit access to Aminabad is expected to reduce dependence on road-based transport in the surrounding lanes and improve commuter access to the wider city network through interchange options on the East–West corridor.
