Aman Mani Tripathi belongs to a politically prominent family of eastern Uttar Pradesh. He is the son of Amarmani Tripathi, a former state minister and a multi-term legislator from the region. Aman Mani Tripathi entered electoral politics by contesting from the Nautanwa Vidhan Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh.
