All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda (AIIMS Bathinda) is a medical college and medical research public university located in Bathinda, Punjab, India. It is one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, a group of autonomous public medical institutions of national importance.
The institute functions autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Like other AIIMS, it is intended to combine undergraduate and postgraduate medical education with patient care and medical research.
The campus extends over an area of about 177 acres and is set amidst green surroundings. AIIMS Bathinda became operational in 2019 and was among the six AIIMS institutions that commenced operations in that year.
