Alizeh Agnihotri was born in 2000 to filmmaker and actor Atul Agnihotri and producer-designer Alvira Khan Agnihotri. Through her mother, she is a niece of actors Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, and a granddaughter of screenwriter Salim Khan. Her brother, Ayaan Agnihotri, has also worked in film and music.
Agnihotri made her acting debut in the Hindi-language film Farrey (2023), directed by Soumendra Padhi and produced under the Salman Khan Films banner along with her father's production house Reel Life Productions. The film, a thriller centred on academic fraud at an elite school, served as her introduction to mainstream Hindi cinema.
As a member of the Khan-Agnihotri film family, Agnihotri represents a newer generation of actors emerging from one of Hindi cinema's prominent industry households. Her debut was positioned as a launch vehicle developed in-house by her family's production companies.
