Bohra belongs to the generation of drivers of Indian descent who entered competitive karting in their early years before progressing to formula categories. As is typical of the modern open-wheel pathway, drivers in his age group commonly graduate through national karting championships into entry-level single-seater series before targeting regional Formula 3 and Formula Regional competitions.
Bohra competes in junior formula racing at the international level. Indian-origin drivers in his cohort have followed routes that pass through series organised under the FIA's pyramid, including Formula 4 categories in the United States, the Middle East and Europe, as well as Formula Regional championships, on the way to higher tiers of single-seater motorsport.
Indian representation in international single-seater racing has historically been limited, with notable predecessors including Narain Karthikeyan and Karun Chandhok, who reached Formula One, and later drivers such as Jehan Daruvala and Kush Maini in the FIA Formula 2 Championship. Younger drivers of Indian heritage, including Bohra, contribute to the continuing presence of Indian-origin talent on the global motorsport ladder.
