Aishwarya Pissay is an Indian motorcycle racer from Bengaluru, Karnataka, who competes in road racing as well as in rally and cross-country disciplines. She is widely recognised for becoming the first Indian to win a world title in motorsport when she clinched the FIM Women's Cup in the Bajas category in 2019.

Pissay began riding motorcycles in her late teens, initially attending track schools at the Madras Motor Race Track in Chennai. She progressed through entry-level championships in India before moving into national-level competition, balancing road racing with off-road and rally formats.
She joined TVS Racing as a factory rider, becoming one of the first women to be inducted into the team. On the road racing side, she has competed in the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship, winning national titles in the women's category. In off-road competition, she has participated in rally events including the Baja Aragón in Spain and the Desert Storm rally in India.
In 2018, while training in Spain ahead of an international rally, she sustained serious injuries in a crash that required prolonged recovery. She returned to competition the following season.
In 2019, Pissay competed in the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Bajas World Cup across rounds held in Dubai, Spain, Portugal and Hungary. She finished as champion in the women's category, becoming the first Indian rider to win a world title in motorsport.
Following her 2019 world title, Pissay received wide recognition in Indian sports media as a pioneering figure for women in motorsport. She has since been involved in promoting motorcycle riding and racing among women in India through training programmes and public appearances.
