Ahaana Krishna is the daughter of actor Krishna Kumar, a familiar face in Malayalam cinema and television. She grew up in Kerala and entered films in her late teens, initially appearing in supporting roles before taking on lead parts.

Career

Ahaana made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Njan Steve Lopez (2014), directed by Rajeev Ravi. She subsequently took on larger roles in family-oriented and youth-centric films.

One of her notable performances came with Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela (2017), directed by Althaf Salim and produced by Fahadh Faasil under the Fahadh Faasil and Friends banner. The film, which dealt with a family coping with cancer, was a commercial and critical success.
