Agara metro station is a planned station on the Blue Line of Namma Metro, the rapid transit system serving the city of Bengaluru in the Indian state of Karnataka. The station is being developed as part of Phase 2A of the Namma Metro network, which connects the central business district to the eastern suburbs of the city.

The station is located in the Agara area of south-eastern Bengaluru, along the Outer Ring Road corridor. The neighbourhood lies close to Agara Lake and is surrounded by residential layouts and commercial developments in the HSR Layout and Sarjapur Road catchment.
The Blue Line is being constructed as part of the Phase 2A and Phase 2B expansion of Namma Metro. Phase 2A links Central Silk Board with K. R. Puram, running primarily along the Outer Ring Road and serving the major IT and office clusters of east Bengaluru. Phase 2B continues from K. R. Puram to Kempegowda International Airport at Devanahalli, making the Blue Line one of the principal airport connectivity corridors of the city. Agara is among the intermediate stations on this stretch.
The station is intended to ease road congestion along the Outer Ring Road, one of the busiest arterial roads in Bengaluru, and to provide rail-based access to the technology corridor that includes employment hubs around HSR Layout, Marathahalli and Bellandur. By integrating with other Namma Metro lines at interchange points such as Central Silk Board and K. R. Puram, the station will allow commuters to reach the city centre and the airport without changing transport modes for long distances.
