Abdul Ghafoor (born 1918) was an Indian politician from Bihar who served as the Chief Minister of the state during the 1970s. A member of the Indian National Congress, he held the office during a politically turbulent period that included the rise of the Bihar movement led by Jayaprakash Narayan.
